 DESIGN REVIEW BEFORE RELEASE FOR TOOLING – We know what to look for to insure that you product part design is ready for final release for tool quotes. Fixing design flaws at this stage can result in improved part quality, reduced lead times and lower part costs. If required, we also offer skilled mold filling, cooling and warpage and stress analysis services.

“SKUNK WORKS” – PARALLEL DESIGN PROGRAM – All too often a time critical program fails because of problems with a critical design element. An effective insurance plan is to produce a back up alternative design. Operating independently, using our team of plastics experts we can produce an alternative design, build the tooling and get parts quickly made for evaluation.

COST REDUCTION – We evaluate your current product design, material selection and tooling and make recommendations to reduce the cost of the finished product while still maintaining quality.

MATERIAL SELECTION –  This is perhaps the most important decision in a project. The balance between cost, mechanical properties and ease of processing makes selecting the right material a challenge.
